The 23nd Annual Northwest New Works Festival features 18 artist/companies from Seattle, Bellingham, Portland, Idaho, and Vancouver, B.C. performing their newest works and works-in-progress over two weekends. Nine artists are presented each weekend during showcases in OtB's Studio and Mainstage Theaters.
