Daniel Sullivan will join Producing Artistic Director, Jerry Manning, and the Seattle Repertory Theatre’s resident artistic team as an artistic consultant. Sullivan, who was Artistic Director of Seattle Rep from 1981 to 1997, is currently directing The Night Watcher in the Seattle Rep’s Leo K. Theatre, which was built under his leadership.

Sullivan is currently serving as as Acting Artistic Director for Manhattan Theater Club during Lynne Meadow’s sabbatical this season. His most recent directorial credits include Accent on Youth, The Homecoming, Mauritius, Prelude to a Kiss, and Rabbit Hole.

As previously announced, current artistic director David Esbjornson will be not renewing his contract, and Manning will be his replacement while the company evaluates its organizational model.
