Jennifer Holliday to Apppear With Seattle Men’s Chorus

Tony Award winner Jennifer Holliday will perform with the Seattle Men’s Chorus on December 7 and 8 as part of their Fruitcake concert.

The chorus will perform five more times at Seattle’s Benaroya Hall through December 22, along with concerts in Everett on December 6 and Tacoma on December 13.

Holliday won the Tony for the original Broadway production of Dreamgirls, in which she played Effie White. A Grammy Award-winning recording artist, her hit songs have included “Hard Times for Lovers,” “I’m on Your Side,” and “A Woman’s Got the Power.” She has also appeared on the stage in the Theater of the Stars’ productions of Dreamgirls as well as on numerous television series, including Ally McBeal.
