On the Boards Announces Lineup For Last 12 Minutes Max of 2011-2012

The last 12 Minutes Max showcase of On the Boards‘ 2011-2012 season will be held at the Behnke Center for Contemporary Performance on April 8 and 9 at 7pm. The event will be presented by curator Markeith Wiley and guest curator Leah Vendl.

12 Minutes Max, a showcase for new performance, gives regional artists the chance to test out new ideas and audiences the opportunity to see works-in-progress first. OtB’s longest running program has benefited artists in the Pacific Northwest for more than 30 years, and has become known as one of the country’s best experimental performance labs.

The showcase will include pieces by Sarah Butler, CabinFever, Dysprosium Bond, Gerald Alejandro Ford, Quiet Monkey Fight and Splinter Group, as well as a joint-work by dancer/choreographer Devin McDermott and musician/composer Seth Garrison.
