Terrence Howard to Co-Host Soul Train Awards; Usher Among Nominees

Broadway veteran and film star Terrence Howard and Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson will co-host CENTRIC’s 2nd Annual Soul Train Awards Show, which will be taped at the Cobb Energy Center in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, November 10 and broadcast on both CENTRIC and BET on Sunday, November 28 at 9pm ET.
This year’s nominees include Broadway veteran Usher, along with Alicia Keys, Drake, Monica, Sade, Nicki Monaj, Erykah Badu, and Janelle Monae.
Among the honorees at the ceremony will be legendary artists Anita Baker and Ron Isley.
R. Kelly, Freddie Jackson, and Cee Lo are expected to perform.
