Three-time Tony Award nominee Randy Skinner will choreograph a new touring production of Irving Berlin's White Christmas, presented by the Atlanta-based Theater of the Stars, which has reached an agreement with The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization for the rights to tour the show during the holiday season for the next five years.

Featuring a book by David Ives and Paul Blake, the musical tells the story of two showbiz buddies putting on a show in a picturesque Vermont inn, and finding their perfect mates in the bargain. It includes such Irving Berlin hits as "Blue Skies," "How Deep is the Ocean?" "Sisters," "Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep," and the title song.

The new production will be directed by Norb Joerder, with the creative team also including Kenneth Foy (scenic designer), Ken Billington (lighting designer), and Peter Fitzgerald and Erich Bechtel (sound designers).

Skinner received a Tony nomination for choreographing the Broadway production of the musical (which was directed by Walter Bobbie), and was also Tony-nominated for 42nd Street and Ain't Broadway Grand.

The White Christmas 2010 tour will play Atlanta, GA @ The Fabulous Fox Theatre (November 2 - 7), Greenville, SC @ The Peace Center (November 9 - 14), Hartford, CT @ The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts (November 16-21), Schenectady, NY @ Proctors (November 22-28), Tampa, FL @ David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts (November 30-December 5), Charlotte, NC @ Blumenthal Performing Arts Center (December 7-12), and Chicago, IL @ Bank of America Theatre (December 15-January 2).
