Synopsis

This grin and bare-it-all musical comedy winningly tells the story of a dispirited group of unemployed steelworkers in Buffalo, New York, who are desperate to make some quick cash. Jerry, a divorced father behind in his child-support, convinces the gang to become male strippers at a local bar. As the guys work through their various insecurities, they discover renewed self-esteem and the importance of friendship. Based on the international hit film comedy, The Full Monty features a funny and insightful book by Terrence McNally (Ragtime) and a swinging score by David Yazbek (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels).
