WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Franc D'Ambrosio starred in the now legendary Andrew Lloyd Weber musical, The Phantom of the Opera, for five years in the San Francisco production, and a year and a half in the National Tour. He portrayed the famed masked man close to 3,000 times, bringing more than five million theatre-goers to their feet for over six years.
D'Ambrosio returns to Walnut Creek with his all-new, critically acclaimed one-man show, Franc D'Ambrosia's Hollywood , after last year's sold-out run of his Broadway tribute. This year, D'Ambrosio takes audiences on a journey from the Bronx to Hollywood, celebrating his favorite Silver Screen classics along the way.
Among Franc's other credits, are the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd; A Little Night Music; She Loves Me; and the title role in the musical Valentino. He earned a National Theatre Award nomination for Barry Manilow's Copacabana and played Anthony Corleone in The Godfather, Part III, for which he is also featured on the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.
