Synopsis
Four Breaths is Four short works from Samuel Beckett, Anais Nin, Ian Walker, and Rick Burkhardt that explore the thinning line between sexuality and violence and the politics that blur them. Will our need for control outweigh the power of love? Beckett's hypnotic Play, a contact improvisation exploration of Nin's turbulent relationships in 39/44, Walker's Out and Burkhardt's Conversation Storm make for an unforgettable evening of theatre. Safety, compassion, terror, and desire weave a hypnotic tapestry in this tour-de-force, directed by international award-winning creator, Ian Walker.
