Carol Channing -- with special guest Carole Cook and accompaniment by the California Pops Orchestra -- will hold a kick-off concert to celebrate the opening of The Museum of Performance & Design's Hello Carol! A Celebration of Carol Channing retrospective.
The exhibition will include original costumes ranging from the original 1964 Hello, Dolly! dress to one-of-a-kind outfits created by Bob Mackie, rare photographs, video and audio clips, original drawings by Al Hirschfeld, her Tony and Golden Globe Awards, and other items.
