Aurora Theatre Company will present the West Coast premiere of Keith Bunin's The Busy World is Hushed, June 13-July 20. Robin Stanton will direct.
The play centers around Episcopalian minister and bible scholar Hannah who hires a ghostwriter to help her write a book about a recently discovered gospel. As they set to work putting her thoughts into print, her troubled gay son wanders back into her life.
The cast will include Anne Darragh as Hannah, Chad Deverman as Hannah's assistant Brandt, and James Wagner as Hannah's son Thomas.
