WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A tale of greed, corruption, and romance on the wrong side of the tracks, Urinetown, The Musical won the 2002 Tony Awards for best book, best score, and best director of a musical. This is a highly satirical, wildly imaginative, tongue-in-cheek look at the American musical genre. With music and lyrics by Mark Hollmann, book and lyrics by Greg Kotis, Urinetown is directed by John Rando and choreographed by John Carrafa.
The cast of the National Tour features Tom Hewitt, Ron Holgate, Beth McVey, Christanne Noll, Charlie Pollack, and Meghan Strange.
