WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Gideon's Dream is a new musical with book and lyrics by Adam Sandel and music by Richard Link (Watch Me Shine). The musical is based on the childhood years of the memoir Tales of an Unorthodox Veterinarian by Gideon Sorokin, whose family escaped Nazi-occupied Vienna to build a new life in Israel. It's a story of courage, hope, loss, and the power of a child's spirit and imagination to overcome incredible obstacles. Gideon's Dream is an inspiring, family-oriented musical, and a true-life testament to the Jewish spirit.
