WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The American Conservatory Theatre produces Christopher Marlowe's classic tragedy of Edward II. Mark Lamos directs this powerful story of a king struggling between the needs of his crown, his family, and his sexual being. Edward is a homosexual king who must fight to survive against his ruthless court. It is a beautifully written tale of strong convictions and heartbreak.
