WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Borscht Belt by the Bay is a cultural celebration of the time-honored Jewish tradition of facing life with a sense of humor. In an atmosphere reminiscent of famed Catskills resorts such as Grossingers, Nevele, and Kutscher's Country Club, patrons are treated to free beer, sound advice from beehive-coifed hostesses and a geshmakta feast of side-splitting comedy. Featuring a stellar lineup of young (well, youngish) Jewish comedians, the show demolishes the winter doldrums with entertaining wit and a wry smile. The schedule of performers is as follows:
