In the play, two American architects, who are romantically involved, enter a competition to design a memorial in Israel.
The creative team includes scenic designer Erik Flatmo, lighting designer Gabe Maxson, costume designer David Draper, and sound designer Will McCandless.
In addition to her work as a playwright, Perloff is the artistic director of American Conservatory Theatre, where she has directed such works as The Tosca Project, Phedre, Boleros for the Disenchanted, and Rock 'n' Roll. Her plays include Waiting for the Flood and The Morning After.
