NCTC to Present World Premiere of Dolls
The New Conservatory Theatre Center (NCTC) will present the world premiere production of Dolls, January 22-February 22, written and performed by Michael Phillis, a member of NCTC’s Emerging Artist Program. Andrew Nance will direct.
Dolls is the story of a man’s life as seen through the eyes of the dolls he has collected from adolescence to old age. Set on the day after Christmas, a group of freshly-unboxed dolls wakes in a new home in the colorful and unpredictable world of Frank’s Collection.
Phillis’ other works include D*Face and Wish We Were Here.
