Dratch, McKean, O’Toole, et al. to Perform Celebrity Autobiography at SF Sketchfest

Rachel Dratch, Will Forte, Michael McKean, Laraine Newman, Annette O’Toole, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Jason Sudeikis, and Scott Thompson are set to perform Celebrity Autobiography at Cobb’s Comedy Club on January 19 at 7pm & 9pm as part of SF Sketchfest, a national comedy festival in San Francisco that mixes national headliners, local favorites, and the best up-and-coming groups from throughout North America for a month of sketch, improv, stand-up, and alternative comedy.

Created by Eugene Pack, the show features both solo pieces and ensemble “chamber” pieces culled from the autobiographies of celebrities including Ivana Trump, Vanna White, Mr. T, Star Jones, Kenny Loggins, Tommy Lee, Sylvester Stallone, Zsa Zsa Gabor, David Cassidy, Neil Sedaka, Britney Spears, Madonna, Burt Reynolds, and Loni Anderson, as well as the infamous memoirs of Elizabeth Taylor, Eddie Fisher, and Debbie Reynolds.

Celebrity Autobiography: In Their Own Words will also continue its open-ended engagement at the Triad Theater in New York on Monday, January 5, with a cast that includes Scott Adsit, Will Forte, Richard Kind, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Sherri Shepherd, and Kristen Wiig.

Additional performers to participate this season will include Joy Behar, Bob Balaban, Matthew Broderick, Rachel Dratch, Susie Essman, Neil Patrick Harris, Jackie Hoffman, Cheyenne Jackson, Kristen Johnston, Carson Kressley, Andrea Martin, Seth Rudetsky, Paul Rudd, Claudia Shear, Jason Sudeikis, Michael Urie, Bruce Vilanch, Julie White, BD Wong, and Alan Zweibel.
