The W. Kamau Bell Curve: Ending Racism in About An Hour, written and performed by W. Kamau Bell, will return to San Francisco, in engagements at The Climate Theater, November 7-December 13 and SF Playhouse Studio Theater, January 8-February 28. Martha Rynberg will direct.

The solo show, which earned raves during its engagement at the Shelton Theater last year, tackles racism head on. It changes from performance to performance as Bell updates it to keep up with the latest headlines — and with the elections taking place just days prior to the show’s return, there will be plenty to update.

Bell was named the 2008 Bay Area Comedian of the Year by the San Francisco Weekly. His television appearances include Comics Unleashed and Comedy Central.
