The Marsh Berkeley has announced that its production of Don Reed’s The Kipling Hotel has been extended through May 6.

The Kipling Hotel chronicles the true story of Reed’s misadventures in the 1980’s. Struggling with college and a merciless Hollywood, Reed tried being a stripper and a gigolo, but ended up as a live-in waiter at a retirement hotel.

Reed is best known for his show East 14th, and currently works as the warm-up comedian for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
