Laraine Newman, one of the original members of both The Groundlings and Saturday Night Live, will perform The Audition as part of a benefit for The Marsh, during the re-opening weekend (February 4 & 5) of Ann Randolph’s solo show, Loveland, which runs through February 26.

Newman’s piece is about her delightful escapades in the wonderful world of seeking work in her chosen field. Randolph’s show recounts the emotional, hilarious and deeply human journey of Frannie Potts, an out of control, sexually charged misfit who is never shy to speak her mind.

The return engagement of Loveland, directed by Matt Roth, replaces the previously announced run of Dan Hoyle’s The Real Americans, which has been postponed until the spring due to an injury sustained by the writer/performer.
