Laura Osnes and Stark Sands will play the title roles in the new musical Bonnie & Clyde at the La Jolla Playhouse, November 10- December 20. The production will be directed by Jeff Calhoun.

The musical, based on the life and times of Depression-era criminals Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, will feature a book by Ivan Menchell, music by Frank Wildhorn, and lyrics by Don Black.

The cast will also include Mare Winningham as "Emma," Melissa van der Schyff as "Blanche," Wayne Duvall as "Sheriff," Claybourne Elder as "Buck," and Chris Peluso as "Ted." The ensemble will include Leslie Becker, Daniel Cooney, Michael Lanning, Courtney Corey, Michael Covert, Victor Hernandez, Michael Mulligan, Carly Nykanen, Mike Sears, and Jessica Watkins.

The creative team includes John McDaniel (musical direction), Tobin Ost (sets and costumes), Michael Gilliam (lighting), and Brian Ronan (sound).
