Leslie Odom Jr. to Headline Old Globe Theatre Gala

Hamilton Tony winner Leslie Odom Jr. will headline the Old Globe Theatre's 2016 gala, A Night of Revels, on Saturday, September 24.
The evening will support the theater's arts engagement and education programs. It will begin with a reception at Copley Plaza, followed by Odom's performance. After the show, dinner and dancing will take place, catered by the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. Karen Cohn, Nina Doede, Laurie Mitchell, and Sheryl White serve as co-chairs, and Darlene Marcos Shiley as honorary chair.
Along with his Tony, Odom won a 2015 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album as a principal soloist in the Hamilton original cast recording. He previously appeared on Broadway in Rent and Leap of Faith. He also had a regular role on the NBC series Smash.
