Trinity Rep Announces 2010-2011 Season

The season will continue with a revival of Alan Ayckbourn's Absurd Person Singular (October 15 - November 21). Over the holidays, Columbus will stage Joe Landry's It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play, which is based on Frank Capra's classic movie.
In the new year, the theater will produce revivals of Arthur Miller's The Crucible (February 4 - March 13), directed by Brian McEleney; Dael Orlandersmith's Yellowman (February 25 - April 3); and Robert Harling's Steel Magnolias (April 15 - May 15). Additional directors and casting for the productions will be announced at a later date.
The season will conclude with a world premiere: Stephen Thorne's The Completely Fictional--Utterly True--Final Strange Tale of Edgar Allan Poe (May 6 - June 5). Directed by Columbus, the play imagines a tremendous journey for the author of such stories as The Tell-Tale Heart.
