Moving into the holiday season, Kelsey welcomes Playful Theatre's Oliver the Musical. After delivering the fateful words, "Please sir I want some more," Oliver is swept into the underbelly of London, where he is taken in by a gang of thieves and scoundrels. But good people emerge to rescue him from a life of crime and squalor. Premiering on Broadway in 1963, the show features unforgettable musical numbers like Oliver's mournful "Where Is Love," Nancy's dutiful "As Long As He Needs Me," and the plucky Artful Dodger's "Consider Yourself."
