Backseat Productions presents Tony Kushner's Angels in America Part I: Millennium Approaches as part of its inaugural full season in Philadelphia at the Society Hill Playhouse's intimate Red Room Cabaret.

This Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning drama penetrates the lives of two couples at either ends of the social spectrum. Set in the Reagan years, the characters deal with blessings and sin, disease and death, and spiritual transformation.
