Broadway veteran and Barrymore Award-winning actor Hugh Panaro will star as Fagin in Walnut Street Theatre's production of Oliver!, to run November 10-January 10, with an opening set for November 18. Mark Clements will direct.

Lionel Bart's beloved musical is adapted from Charles Dickens' ever-popular story of the boy who asked for more. The score includes "Food, Glorious Food;" "Consider Yourself;" "I'd Do Anything;" and "As Long As He Needs Me."

The creative team will include musical director Douglass G. Lutz, scenic designer Todd Edward Ivins, lighting designer Jeff Nellis, costume designer Colleen Grady, and choreographer Mary Jane Houdina.

Panaro won the Barrymore Award for his role in Les Miserables. His Broadway credits include The Phantom of the Opera, Lestat, and Side Show.
