A Benefit Performance for The Germantown Women's Y (GWY) Sojourner, by Richard LaMonte Pierce, stars Zuhairah McGill, whose dynamic performance as Sojourner Truth garnered a Barrymore nomination for Outstanding Leading Actress in a Play in 2002. Don't miss this emotion packed play that brings to life Sojourner Truth and slavery in America. Be moved to "sojourn for the truth... even to the ends of the earth." Talk-Back with playwright immediately following performance. 4PM showtime; catered reception at 3PM Appropriate for ages 10 and up.
