WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
1812 Productions presents Recent Tragic Events written by Craig Wright, directed by Pete Pryor. It's September 12, 2001: Andrew, a shy bookstore clerk and Waverly, a self-possessed advertising executive, meet for the first time on a blind date. Along with Waverly's boisterous neighbor, Andrew's ex-girlfriend and a famous novelist, they are thrust into an evening exploring the very nature of their existence. Created by one of the writers for HBO's show Six Feet Under, Recent Tragic Events is a surprising, poignant and absurdly funny tale
