Everyone is down in the dumps at the Horace B. Smedley School. The school's football team, The Smedley Tornadoes, is the worst in the state! They haven't won a game... heck, they haven't scored a point all year! Things are looking pretty bleak... Miss Nelson is worried, Principal Blandsworth is hiding under his desk, Coach Armstrong is cracking up, and the players just horse around during practice and cause trouble. There's only one person who can whip this team into shape... the dreaded Miss Viola Swamp!

That's right; the scariest substitute teacher in the world is back, this time in sweats! Can Coach Swamp get those Tornadoes in shape in time to win the big game? Will the team learn their lesson?
