Storybook Musical Theatre Announces Season Line-Up

Storybook Musical Theatre, one of the Philadelphia area’s premier children’s theatre companies, will present its 20th Anniversary season with three original musicals. The Abington based, non-profit theater will present performances at two locations in the Philadelphia area.

The season includes: Hansel and Gretel (December 19-20), Aladdin(February 28-March 11) and The Wizard of Oz (May 1-5).

Storybook’s mission is the cultural enrichment and education of children and their families by introducing them to original musical adaptations based of fairy tales, folklore and children’s literature. It hopes to stimulate young imaginations and help develop a life-long appreciation of theater by developing the theater-going audiences of the future.
