Act II Playhouse is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a concert version of the theater’s 2004 season production of The Big Bang, October 26, as part of the “Big Bang Birthday Bash.”

Barrymore Award winning actors Tony Braithwaite and Ben Dibble will return to sing highlights from The Big Bang, accompanied on piano by original musical director, Jim Ryan. The Jed Feuer-Boyd Graham musical tells the story of two creators trying to line up producers for the most expensive Broadway musical ever written, an $83 million spectacle that depicts the entire history of the world. Act II Playhouse co-founder Steve Blumenthal will also be honored as part of the 10th anniversary festivities.

Tickets are $100. Wine and light fare will be served, with food provided by the Sorella Rose Bar & Grille in Flourtown.
