Philadelphia Theatre Workshop Announces 2009-2010 Season

Philadelphia Theatre Workshop has announced their 2009-2010 season, which will open with the world premiere of Alex Dremann’s The :nv:s:ble Play, November 21-December 13, set in the Existential Publishing Company were layoffs mean some are given boxes to pack up their things and some simply vanish.

The company will mount its Third Annual Playshop Festival, March 6-21, with workshops of four plays currently in development. The season will close with the world premiere of 516 (five sixteen), May 15-June 6, Katharine Clark Gray’s fast paced romance between Annalee, a professional term paper auteur, and the cocky grad student who hires her while he works on a mysterious thesis.
