Cadillac Broadway Series Announces 2008-2009 Season

The new Cadillac Broadway Series subscription season will feature a collection of Broadway touring productions at the Academy of Music and the Forrest Theatre.

The season will begin with The Wizard of Oz (November 28-30), and move from the land of Oz to the land of sororites as Legally Blonde the Musical (December 2-7) comes to the Academy of Music. A Chorus Line (December 16-21) will play at the Forrest Theatre, and Ain’t Misbehavin’ (January 9-11) will follow at the Academy of Music. Next up is Jesus Christ Superstar (Jan. 30 – Feb. 1, 2009) followed by a taste of downtown New York in Rent (February 3-8).

March will open with Happy Days – A New Musical (March 24-29) at the Academy of Music, and close with Riverdance – Farewell Tour (March 31-April 5). Rounding out the end of the subscription season are Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (April 7-12), Movin’ Out (May 15-17), and Sprint Awakening (June 23-28), all at the Academy of Music. Mamma Mia! (July 15-27), and Monty Python’s Spamalot (August 14 – 31) will be included as add-ons to the subscription season.
