Tony Braithwaite, Jennifer Childs to Debut Let’s Pretend We’re Famous Comedy Cabaret

Tony Braithwaite and Jennifer Childs will debut their new comedy cabaret, Let’s Pretend We’re Famous, at Plays & Players Theatre, March 6-25. Owen Robbins will serve as musical director.

A follow-up to their successful cabaret, Let’s Pretend We’re Married, this new show features original comedy and classic songs surveying the wild and hilarious world of American celebrity.

The evening will include one-of-a-kind interpretations of songs like “Everything’s Coming Up Roses,” “Fame,” “MacArthur Park,” “Major Tom,” and “Swinging on a Star,” among a host of others.
