WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
After meeting at a party two men strike up a deal that may cost them dearly in their Victorian English society, where love between two men could mean public disgrace and possible imprisonment. This award winning play arriving from Montreal deals with a strange and disturbing relationship. It is a hypnotizing unraveling of human needs and society's demands upon two men searching for a place in the constricted society of 19th century England.
William & James is presented as part of the Fifth Annual Fresh Fruit Festival.
