WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Vital Signs - New Works Festival is the Vital Theatre Company's semi-annual festival of new works. The festival is composed of four series, with each series lasting two weeks.

Series 1: March 19 to March 30
"Suicidal Fangs and the Death of God" by Ross Maxwell, directed by Shane Brown
"Morphs" by Ty Adams, directed by Allison Talis
"The Honey Makers" by Deborah Grimberg, directed by Jorinde Keesmaat
"Angles, Laws and Miracles" by Seth Kramer, directed by Bob Jude Ferrante

Series 2: April 2 to April 13
"Fish Out of Water" by Payne Ratner, directed by Emily Tetzlaff
"A Glass of Water" by Dan DeMott, directed by Jason King Jones
"And Everything Nice" by Edward Musto, directed by Sam Schacht
"Pedestrians" by Ross Maxwell, directed by Aimee Hayes

Series 3: April 16 to April 27
"An Actor Prepares" by Mark Young, directed by Margie Lempert
"Galileo in the Underworld" by R.L. Nesvet, directed by Eugenia Tzirtzilaki
"White Stones" by Ken Gaertner, directed by Mark Bloom
"Before the Wreckage" by Robin Rothstein, directed by Thomas Cote

Series 4: April 30 to May 11
"Mary Carpenter" by Ernessa T. Carter, directed by Habib Azar
"The Amazing Colossal Thing" by Rich Orloff, directed by David Hilder
"Toyland" by Al Sjoerdsma, directed by Gregory Thorson
"Hazard of the Game" by Joyce Turlskylie, directed by Cynthia Thomas
