WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Hailed by the New York Times as "exuberant and insightful," Slanguage is a tour-de-force event that brings together a unique mix of traditional theater, poetry, storytelling, rap, gospel, jazz riffs, bluesy laments, Spanish boleros, and other poetic forms to paint a rich portrait of the sights and sounds of New York City. Slanguage is directed by Jo Bonney.
