La MaMa Experimental theater Club will present Ultra-Light, a poetic drama of family love and fishing. In this story written and directed by Mike Gorman, a young man lures his older, heroin-addicted brother into an extended fishing trip to Montana, where he aims to help him shake the monkey off his back through isolation and the principles of trout fishing. The title refers to a kins of lightweight freshwater fishing that uses delicate line, small, extremely flexible rods and tiny reels.
