Donovan Ray was a man with a past. While maintaining a staggering body weight of 768 pounds, he revolutionized the world of fine dining, and made a fortune in the restaurant business. Early one morning, after undergoing cosmetic surgery, Donovan Ray was found murdered in his recovery bed. Ulterior Side Dishes is a one-act trilogy that explores the lives of those he left behind, and chronicles Donovan Ray's spiritual journey on Neptune.
