WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Cardinal Theatricals presents Tradition!, written by Alan Ostroff and directed by Jack Wann, as part of the 10th annual New York International Fringe Festival.
Tradition! follows the madcap adventures of Irving Finkelstein, as he concocts a plan so his parents can see his shiksa fiancée as an acceptable "match." Fiddler on the Roof at the bible-belting "Good Shepherd Dinner Theater" should do the trick...as long as the zealous preacher-director, a banjo-playing Tevye, a Vegas showgirl-milkmaid, and a cross-dressing revolutionary don't get in the way. A hilarious, touching, and engaging new play about family and standing up for love!
