Individual tickets are $15.00 Through Her Eyes: Women of Color Arts Festival 2002 features a collection of over 25 exciting classical plays, contemporary plays, new plays, performance art, staged readings, and lecture series performed by Women of Color or about Women of Color. This fourth annual festival during Women's History Month into Spring is presented in association with Riverbank State Park and held at Riverbank State Park Cultural Center, the Atlantic Theater, Henry Street Settlement Abrons Art Center and Musical Theater Works. As You Like It -by William Shakespeare A classic comedy involving all kinds of delicious deceptions. Aviva -by Audrey O'Neal A moving drama about a young woman's will to survive. Beyond the Veil -by Dan Snow In its fourth incarnation, this solo piece is based on the life and writings of Dr. W.E.B. DuBois. Brothers and Sisters the Soul Traveling Circus -by M. Malcolm King A poetic choreapoem of memories. Ghetto Mountaintop -by Teisha Hickman "Gates surround my playground now...dirt becomes dirt, dirt becomes weeds, dirt becomes cement...Ghetto Mountaintop - the memory of what once was."
