WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Nonstop theater, a costume competition, and ballroom dancing bewitch the East Village in Theater for the New City's 26th Annual Village Halloween Costume Ball. On its quarter-century Anniversary, this unique festival celebrates the creativity that comes with the season.
Outdoor entertainment begins at 4:00pm. Doors open for indoor entertainment at 7:30pm. Reservations are strongly recommended. Costume or formal wear is required.
