Based on the classic children's fairy tale by Hans Christian Anderson this musical adaptation follows the journey of the little duckling who travels a mighty long road only to find that what he was searching for was right there in his heart all along. With music by Debra Kaye and book and lyrics by Brenda Bell, this musical production features live music, a talented cast of professional adult actors, beautiful sets and costumes, exquisite dancing as well as music ranging from blues to gospel to classic musical theatre. Join in for the hands-on pre-show arts workshop where children can learn how different art forms bring literature to life and make a special art project to take home as a souvenir. Please note that the workshop begins one hour prior to the performance time listed. Additional performances: Thursday February 23 at 11am, Friday February 24 at 11 am.
