When Steven Spickner, campaign manager extraordinaire, is dared by rival spin-master Susan Stridewell to get a drunk bum elected mayor of Center City, he never suspected Stridewell would have a candidate of her own on the Liberty party ticket. With Horstein, the gruff leader of the Capital Party funding his campaign and breathing down his neck, a budding romance with assistant Alice Whitehall and a candidate, Natty, who can only negotiate a whiskey bottle, Spickner finds himself facing the greatest challenge of his career.

This production is part of the New York International Fringe Festival.
