On September 11, 2001 the world changed forever. Ben Harcourt finds himself at the apartment of his lover, Abby Prescott -- who is also his boss. The Mercy Seat by Neil LaBute deals with the realities of the conflicts between the sexes, and explores the question of self centeredness in a time of upheaval and tragedy.
