Wroclaw Puppet Theatre from Poland presents The Last Escape, based on the novels of Bruno Schultz, directed by Aleksander Maksymiak. A pensioner is closed in by the four walls of his miserable room. He is crushed by loneliness, boredom, recurrence of events. He is caught in the trap of his barren being. He tries to break through, to escape from the place of death into which his own room has turned. Ther is only one place left, somewhere on the back, on the periphery of his room - the space of different dimension, where memories are gathered. For group sales, call 212-254-6468.
