TOSOS II in association with Spotlight On presents a staged reading of Charles Busch's The Lady in Question. All proceeds from the reading will go toward a TOSOS II production of Dog Opera by Constance Congdon.

The Lady in Question is a free wheeling satire of patriotic 1940's thrillers such as Notorious and Escape. It tells the suspenseful tale of Gertrude Garnet, the most glamorous concert pianist on the international stage. On tour in 1940 Bavaria, her colossal self-absorption is challenged when a handsome American professor engages her aid in rescuing his mother from a Nazi prison.

Directed by Christopher Borg and Jason Bowcutt, The Lady in Question features Wynne Anders, Christopher Borg, Desmond Dutcher, Ashley Green, Shay Gines, Steven Hauck, Jamie Heinlein, Rebecca Hoodwin, Matthew Rashid, Ellen Reilly, and Christopher Weikel.
