WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Written in Tom Sleigh's unique blend of poetic prose, The Knowledge & Conversation of My Guardian Angel or An Old Fashioned Love Story explores the relationship of Mina & Eddie, two very odd people living in our modern world. Literally and figuratively, like two seasoned fighters sparring, they choreograph a fascinating dance around questions about their past. The answers are to serve as the basis of a film about loss & truth. Bruised and battered from the blows exchanged, each allows the other a sense of victory and defeat culminating in an unlikely connection between them.
Presented as part of the 2004 New York International Fringe Festival.
