WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Written and performed by Josh and Danny Bacher -- self-appointed experts of comedy and versatile comedians who have had the benefit of performing together all their lives -- The Funniest Show in the World About the History of Comedy Performed by Two Brothers in Less Than Two Hours for Under Twenty Bucks gives the history of comedy a revisionist treatment. Incorporating slapstick, farce, original songs, and general irreverence, the Bacher brothers reveal little-known facts of comedy: Cain and Abel were the first major breakup in show business history; Bacon wrote Shakespeare as Shakespeare ate bacon; The US government has spent years developing top-secret military technology for the international tracking of mimes; and more!

Perhaps the smartest thing about the title is that it's probably true, because there has probably never been a show about the history of comedy performed by two brothers in less than two hours for under 20 bucks. Of course, it might also mean that it's the least funny show about the history of comedy. As[...]
